As part of the circular-fashion economy, we’ve curated a platform offering access to a collection of renowned designers, providing high-quality, event-ready pieces for your special occasion — all without the designer price tag.
How does the Designer Booking Platform work?
Our platform allows you to explore and book designer pieces from our Collection. Simply browse our designer wardrobe, select your desired item, and place a booking 1-2 days before your special event. We handle the behind-the-scenes to ensure your chosen garment arrives in time.
What's included in the Accidental Damage Cover?
The Blue Gems Accidental Damage Cover provides peace of mind when booking our designers for your event. For €15, it covers accidental damage, such as tears, stains, or minor fabric damage, up to a maximum value of €100 for repair costs.
We ask you notify us upon return if any damage has occurred so we can organise the repair promptly, ensuring our next guest booking doesn't miss out. Each garment will be assessed individually upon return, if the item exceeds more than €100 worth of damage the retail price will be charged to credit card file. The €15 fee is non-refundable.
Our only ask is for you to please look after our gems as if they were your own. We LOVE seeing our fashion-focused guests active on socials - don't forget to mention us for exclusive guest royalties.
How does shipping and returns work?
We offer express nationwide shipping for all our items. Returning your item is easy: before your return day, you'll receive a reminder text with detailed instructions. Simply place the item back into the garment bag, enclose it in the reusable postage satchel, attach the provided return label, and drop it in your nearest post box. The item will then be returned for dry cleaning.

We aim to provide a range of styles and sizes to suit diverse body shapes. Each item listing includes size information and fit guidelines. If you have specific questions about sizing or product information, feel free to reach out!
How do I care my designer item within the booking period?
Our booking fee includes dry cleaning services. We understand that accidents can happen. If any damage occurs to the garment, we kindly ask that you refrain from attempting to spot clean and leave it to us.
In the event of accidental damage, we request that you notify us before the booking period expires. This ensures we can address the issue promptly so the garment is ready for our next guest.
Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change, and events can sometimes be called off. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the event will receive a full refund.
- Booking Fee Charged: Cancellations made within 10 days of the event will incur the full booking fee.
- Choose Your Size Carefully: We recommend carefully selecting your size when booking. If the garment arrives and doesn’t fit as expected, we cannot offer a full refund, as the item may have missed out on other guest bookings during the same period.
