Terms and Conditions – Online Store Conditions
By using the Blue Gems online booking service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Garment Care - We look after the dry cleaning so you don’t have to! Each item has its personalised care guide. Please refrain from spot-cleaning any stains. We assess every garment when it is returned. If the item is damaged or lost, we reserve the right to charge up to the RRP with the credit card on file.
Returns requirements - All items must be returned on the agreed booking date. Please follow these steps for returning your garment:

Place the garment in the Blue Gems care bag.

Place the care bag inside the reusable postage bag.

Affix the provided postage label to the package.

Drop the package into your nearest post box.
Late returns will incur a charge of €50 per day.
Security Authorisation - Please note a fee of €0.99 will appear at checkout but not be charged. This is to enable the Credit Card to be placed on file. All online rental orders must be secured with this payment method. Your card details will be securely stored and may be charged additional amounts in the following cases: Failure to return an order, Late returns and damage to an item. By continuing your purchase, you agree to the cancellation policy and authorise us to charge your payment method according to the prices, frequency, and dates listed on this page until your order is fulfilled or canceled, if permitted.
Important Note: While this order may appear as a subscription, you will not be charged any additional amounts, unless one of the above conditions applies. You will be contacted by Blue Gems before any payment is taken from the card on file.
Damages Policy - Accidents happen! If an item is damaged during your rental period, a charge up to the item’s full retail price (RRP) will be incurred. Each garment will be assessed individually. This fee will be charged to the credit card stored on file to cover the necessary repairs or replacement cost.
